Preparation Requirements
To ensure a smooth and efficient cleaning process, please follow these steps before our team arrives:

The property must be vacant – all personal belongings should be removed.

Electricity and hot water must be available.

Parking must be arranged or paid for (if required).

Fridge/freezer must be emptied and switched off at least 24 hours before cleaning.

If an oven clean is included, it must be free of any personal items.

Pets should be secured or removed during the cleaning.
